Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38644 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: Red Prairie (Blue Yonder)-Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps Description: Area(s) of responsibility Blue Yonder WMS certification is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, customize, and support Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) Warehouse Management solutions. • Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support engagements. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications. • Develop and maintain customizations, workflows, interfaces, reports, and extensions within the BY WMS platform. • Design and develop integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and ERP, transportation, planning, automation, and external enterprise systems. • Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and performance issues across warehouse operations. • Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for production incidents. • Support warehouse process areas including inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory management, cycle counting, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications • 5-7 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS (JDA/RedPrairie). • Blue Yonder WMS Certification (current or recent) is mandatory. • Strong technical expertise in: • - Blue Yonder WMS / RedPrairie • MOCA Framework • Groovy Development • SQL and Database Programming • Integrations and Interface Development • API and Web Services • Experience in configuration, customization, and deployment of BY WMS solutions. • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience. • Experience working with large-scale warehouse and distribution operations. • Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
