About the Role As Trimble expands its APAC marketing team, we are seeking a highly accountable Regional Marketing Manager to lead our AECO marketing strategy in India. Serving as the country-level leader, you will own and execute a full-funnel demand generation and field marketing strategy across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to drive targeted pipeline and revenue growth. As the India team lead, you will manage local priorities, mentor team members, and align seamlessly with cross-functional partners like Sales, SDRs, Presales and other regional functions. Ultimately, you will represent India's market needs in regional APAC planning, ensuring your initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes to pipeline and bookings, local customer expansion, and lasting brand strength. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Planning: Own the annual India marketing goals, strategy and plan, aligned with regional objectives and global marketing KPIs. • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Lead India’s full-funnel demand generation programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue goals, while closely partnering with local Sales, SDRs, technical teams, ultimately driving new business opportunities and growing existing business. • Budget Management & ROI: Own and manage the India marketing budget, rigorously measuring impact on sourced pipeline and bookings, and regularly report on marketing effectiveness and ROI to local stakeholders as well as roll-ups to APAC and Global metrics. • Campaign Management: Successfully execute multi-channel demand generation programs (paid, earned and owned media, events, webinars, etc.) and highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. Closely collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to adapt campaigns for local relevance. • Field Marketing & Events: Design and execute a localized events strategy, including executive roundtables, tradeshows, and Trimble-hosted events, to build pipeline, brand awareness and thought leadership. • Digital & Performance Marketing: Implement and report on performance marketing across digital platforms that work best in India like LinkedIn, PPC, software review sites and any other platforms best suited to India, collaborating with a global paid media team to drive high-intent opportunities. • Strategic Local Partnerships: Own and drive relations and initiatives with key local industry bodies, associations, advisories, and technology alliances to expand market reach. • People Management: Mentor and coach a high-performing, data-driven marketing team while managing external agencies and contractors • Content & Localization: Create and manage India-specific content and messaging that resonates with local audiences while ensuring alignment with Trimble’s global brand story. • PR & Awareness: Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to increase Trimble’s share of voice and brand recognition in India. Required Qualifications & Experience • Experience: Minimum 12 years of B2B marketing experience in India, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations (CAD/CAM/BIM industry or construction technology experience would be a big plus!) • Leadership skills: Minimum 4 years of strong leadership skills with proven experience managing and developing a team • Domain Expertise: Data-backed, proven track record in demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing, event management, and integrated campaigns. • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Marketing Automation Tools (MAT), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools. • Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to build relationships and align priorities across sales, product marketing, and regional/global teams within a matrixed organization. • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the construction & infrastructure industries and an understanding of their unique personas is highly preferred. • Analytical Skills: Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
