Role: Regional Operations Manager Experience Required: 10- 12 Years Location: Dehradun / Jaipur / Required Skill Set • Good hands-on experience of Microsoft office (XL, PPT, Word and Local Area Networking etc.) • Strong communication skills. • Strong analytical skills • Able to travel 70% 80% of the time • Ability to work with cross functional teams • Attention to Detail • Self-motivated and ready to work extended hours • Enthusiastic and pleasant personality • Quick Learner • Lead from front • Good to Have • Strong People Management & Team Building Skills • Good written and verbal communications • Strong Interpersonal Skills • Strong Presentation Skills • Strong Analytical skills Roles and Responsibilities: • Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region • Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets • Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region • Build strong relationship with partners • Review and ensure Policy Compliance • Manage cost • Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners • Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance • Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets • Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule • Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region • Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis • Lead the planning and delivery of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations across the Region. • Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members. • Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
