Production Supervisor

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Only candidates with prior Production experience in LED Lighting Manufacturing Industry are eligible to apply. • Oversee Batten & LED Bulb department, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving departmental goals and targets. • Manage the end-to-end production process, including planning, manufacturing, and delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development, testing, and launch processes. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency. • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical expertise, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintain as per SOP LOB, Productivity, Rejection, UPPH, UPH, etc.
