**ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE** Thisrole is responsible for acquiring new current account customersfrom the open market and enhance the relationship with existingcustomers (managing existing CA portfolio as assigned) bycross-selling products and services as per the profile & needof the customers. Thisrole drives thecurrent account business for the respective branch and ensure theCA targets for the branch is met. Theincumbent provides service to both existing as well as to NTBcurrent account customers. Thisrole also handles cross selling of QR & POS and is accountablefor adherence to compliance and regulatory norms. **SIZEOF THE ROLE** **FINANCIALSIZE** **NON-FINANCIALSIZE** - CAbook size of the branch - CATarget for the branch - Generatequality sales leads - Handlingof both internal and external queries KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Business - Meetthe set targets on current account in terms of open marketacquisition & existing customer conversion - Focuson building the current account book for the bank - Understandneed and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liabilityproducts through either of the below channels: - Leadsgenerated by branch staff and personal leads - Referralsgenerated from existing customers - Alternatechannels - Maintainthe database of the prospects, meet select prospects and managethe relationship thereafter - AccompanyMSE staffs on the field for actively driving conversion ofexisting borrowing customers into liabilities customers - Crosssell other products of Ujjivan such as QR, POS, Payment Gateway,OD & TPP and pass on quality leads to respective MSE loanofficers. - Sharecustomer insights/product related feedback with the BranchManager **Customers** - Interactwith customers in a courteous and professional manner; provideprompt, efficient and accurate services - Reducecustomer dormancy and customer attrition by continuous engagement/ interaction - Resolvesthe customer queries. **InternalProcesses** - Guidethe customer to fill the ??Account Opening Form??;ensure receipt and verification of KYC documents; obtain customersignatures on all mandatory documents - Strictlyadhere & maintain compliance to KYC norms - Drivethe cross sell of other products such as QR, POS & TPP **Learning& Performance** - Maintainup to date knowledge of the CA liability products and services aswell as a working knowledge of other products offered in thebranch - Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs forself - Ensuregoal setting, mid-year review and performance appraisal processesare completed within specified timelines **MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS** **Educational** **Qualifications** - Graduate,preferably in commerce and related streams **Experience(Yearsand Core Experience Type)** Minimum3+ yearsof experience in retail branch banking (preferable in CA sales) **FunctionalSkills** - Basicknowledge on retail banking products especially current account - Documentationskills - Processcompliance focus - Communicationskills: fluent in the local language **BehavioralSkills** - Courteouscustomer service skills - TimeManagement - Sellingskills - Telephoniccold calling skills - Willingness totravel & relocation as per business requirements and careeropportunities **Competencies** - Planningand Organizing - CustomerFocus - ManagingRelationships - DrivingExecution - Collaborating - Coaching - BusinessAcumen - Influencing **KEYINTERACTIONS** **INTERNAL** **EXTERNAL** - **BusinessTeams** - Customers **Location -** Kothamangalam,Bengaluru,Dharwad,Belgaum,Davangere,Tumakuru,Tumkur,Erode,Tiruvannamalai,Coimbatore,Ramanathapuram,Ernakulam,Thrissur,Mysuru,Tiruchirapalli,Bannerghatta,Madurai,Chennai,Thiruvananthapuram,Nagar,Medchal,Malkajgiri,Hyderabad,Rangareddy,Salem,Rajahmundry,Adyar,Kollam,Tambaram,Madhwapur,Vijayawada
