Job description

1. **ROLEPURPOSE & OBJECTIVE** - ManagingEnd to End sales life cycle of tapping prospects throughmarketing activities, understanding their requirement andrendering advice - Negotiatingcommercials, timely disbursement of loan and providing other BankProducts. - Implementingtactics to enhance market penetration through Bank branches,Connectors, customer referrals and marketing activities. - Toset up distribution through builder Empanelment (APF), - Applicableto all loan officers with 12 Months of service 1. **SIZEOF THE ROLE** **FINANCIALSIZE** **NON-FINANCIALSIZE** - Costof hiring and placing new Relationship Officers at Branches - OperationalCost of managing the Conveyance and Claims of RelationshipOfficers - Costof procurement marketing collaterals, sales aids - Shallbe expected to manage a portfolio of Rs.15 Cr. Progressively - Managinga single product across the branches of operations - Managinga team size of 5 employees progressively - Managingassets like marketing collaterals, Stationary, Dockets andSystems - Managinghiring and placement of Relationship Officers in requiredBranches 1. **KEYDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE** Candidateshould be able to deliver budgeted business figures from theCluster of control through placing adequate manpower across activebranches. He/She is also responsible for building a qualityportfolio without compromising on quantum of business **Business/Financials** - Aligningwith bank Branches & Micro banking team for increasingTraffic for HL - Toset up distribution via connector enrollment and engagementthrough builder Empanelment (APF). - Targetson number & value of files for Log-in, approval, disbursementof HL - 65%of target of HL 15% from FD, 15% of S/A and 10% of standaloneInsurance - Collectionof Bounced cases for no zero default track of all customerssourced. - FTRon all files **Customer (Both Internal & External)** - Attendand address customer queries and grievances within the definedTAT. - Managinginternal and external customer relationship to ensure customersatisfaction. - Ensurecustomers are educated about all products/services offered byUjjivan. - Ensurelower customer attrition by providing different products as percustomer requirement. - Focuson lower TAT as per laid down standards. **Internal Process** - FTRon all work/processes/ files - Wellspread file flow of log-in and disbursal over a month. - Documentationand preparation of process manuals **Innovation& Learning** - Mentorloan officer too graduate to next level. - Worktowards grooming self for next level of cluster manager with helpof Cluster Manager & Area Manager. - Completionof goal setting and appraisal on time 1. **MINIMUMREQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS** **Educational** **Qualifications** - Graduatewith 1 -2 Year experience in Ujjivan in Housing Loans - PostGraduate with 6-12 months experience in Housing loans **Experience (Yearsand Core Experience Type)** - 5years in sales and documentation of loans of which at least 2years in Housing Loans, home loans or loan against property in anNBFC/ Bank/HFC. Mixed experience of Sales & Credit isacceptable, but should be predominantly in sales **Certifications** - Relevantcertifications shall be an added advantage **Functional Skills** - Abilityto create teams and drive sales performance. Will be required totake complete ownership of Housing business at Cluster level. - Abilityto engage with customers, Plan & execute Marketing and Salespromotion - Abilityto speak and read regional language(s)- is desirable. Ability tocommunicate in English (Read-speak-write) is required.
