Job Details Position: Relationship Manager Department: Direct Distribution - Direct Sales Force (DSF) Designation Level: Officer Location: Chennai & Nearby Branch Locations Industry: Life Insurance / Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Achieve assigned business targets through customer acquisition and relationship management. • Generate business through leads, references, natural market, and existing customer databases. • Conduct customer meetings to understand financial protection and investment needs. • Present suitable life insurance solutions using a need-based selling approach. • Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers. • Deliver exceptional customer service before and after policy issuance. • Maintain strong customer engagement and long-term relationships. • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and regulatory guidelines. • Update and track activities through lead management systems and reporting tools.
