Senior Executive - Sales and Marketing

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Visit referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote hospital services and specialties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and corporate clients. • Coordinate referral patient appointments, feedback, and follow-up activities. • Support referral marketing campaigns, CMEs, health camps, and outreach programs. • Generate leads and support conversion of referral opportunities into business. • Maintain referral databases, visit reports, and daily activity records. • Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information. • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient referral handling and service delivery. • Assist in organizing promotional events, awareness programs, and branding activities. • Monitor referral performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. • Ensure timely communication and support to referral partners and stakeholders. • Support digital and offline marketing activities related to referral business development. Experience in hospital or healthcare industry is preferred.
