Core Responsibilities **Experience:** **Prior experience in jewelry showroom management is mandatory** - **Sales & Revenue Generation:** Driving showroom sales targets, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implementing local marketing strategies to maximize walk-ins and conversions. - **Operations & Stock Management:** Overseeing daily boutique operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing high-value stock counts, and ensuring strict adherence to security protocols for precious merchandise. - **Customer Experience:** Ensuring premium standards of customer service, handling high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and managing customer grievances effectively to build brand loyalty. - **Team Management:** Leading, training, and motivating the showroom staff (including sales executives and cashiers) while supervising attendance, grooming standards, and performance evaluations.
