Core Responsibilities Experience: Prior experience in jewelry showroom management is mandatory • Sales & Revenue Generation: Driving showroom sales targets, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implementing local marketing strategies to maximize walk-ins and conversions. • Operations & Stock Management: Overseeing daily boutique operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing high-value stock counts, and ensuring strict adherence to security protocols for precious merchandise. • Customer Experience: Ensuring premium standards of customer service, handling high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and managing customer grievances effectively to build brand loyalty. • Team Management: Leading, training, and motivating the showroom staff (including sales executives and cashiers) while supervising attendance, grooming standards, and performance evaluations.
