Job description

Role & responsibilities • Outbound Calling & Renewals: Contact existing motor, health, or general insurance policyholders before expiry to pitch renewal offers and secure timely payments. • Objection Handling: Explain policy benefits, coverage additions, and address customer concerns or pricing complaints to prevent switching. • Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to retention percentages and renewal revenue. • Data & CRM Updates: Accurately log customer responses, feedback, and payment statuses into the internal database or dialer systems. • Team Leadership (for Manager roles): Oversee tele-sales agents, conduct daily coaching huddles, monitor call quality, and track login/productivity metrics.
