Rides & Communities Manager (Premium BU)

Are you passionate about motorcycling and building communities? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Rides & Communities Manager to join our Premium Business Unit. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our experiential rides, expeditions, and community-building initiatives, fostering a deeper love for motorcycling among our premium customers. What You’ll Do: • Create Experiences: Plan, coordinate, and execute exciting experiential rides, events, and expeditions that engage our community. • Safety & Strategy: Design safe ride routes, develop briefing modules, and ensure group riding etiquette remains a top priority. • Operational Excellence: Oversee vehicle procurement, manage inventory (including spare parts), and coordinate vehicle service and repairs. • Community Growth: Act as a bridge between our premium customers and the brand by gathering valuable market insights and feedback. • Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Service) and external partners (vendors, motorsports federations, creative agencies) to bring our vision to life. • Report & Refine: Analyze event data to measure engagement and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. What we’re looking for: • Education: MBA in Marketing. • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/service and event management. • Skills: • Deep passion for motorcycling. • Holds a certification from an internationally renowned riding school. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • A self-starter who thrives in team environments.
