Skills: RPA L1 Support Tech Stack: RPA, UiPath Basic knowledge of SQL, Windows environments, and web application structures (selectors/XPaths) 1 to 3 years of experience in IT production support, preferably with exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. **Key Responsibilities** - **Bot Monitoring:** Proactively monitor automation schedules and queues across RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator, Control Room) to ensure successful execution. - **Incident Triage:** Act as the first point of contact for business users; log, categorize, and prioritize incidents in ticketing systems like Service Now and JIRA - **Basic Troubleshooting & Resolution:** Identify and resolve standard bot exceptions (e.g., Application Exceptions, Business Exceptions). Restart suspended or faulted bots and reprocess failed queue items
