Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Conduct regular safety inspections at site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety plan, including risk assessments, emergency response plans, and training programs. • Provide guidance on construction safety best practices to employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules that prioritize safety activities without compromising project timelines. • Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence. Desired Candidate Profile • 5-8 years of experience in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) or related field. • Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization. • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, codes, and standards (e.g., OSHA). • Proven track record of developing effective safety plans, conducting audits/inspections, investigating incidents.
