Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards. • Provide training and guidance on safety procedures to employees. • Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans. • Maintain accurate records of safety performance metrics. Job Requirements • Proven experience in site safety or a related field. • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with safety management systems and software.
