We're backed by a number of eminent investors including ex-unicorn startup founders and CXOs of global giants like RedBus, NoBroker, Nestlé, and Performics. **The Detailed Version** This role sits within our Sales Centre of Excellence, owning the design and delivery of the sales and business curriculum that has produced a 100% placement rate over the last three years — and is directly responsible for keeping that bar as the program scales into new verticals. **Responsibilities & Metrics to Measure:** **Training & Design (~80%):** - Own end-to-end design and continuous improvement of the sales and business training curriculum, using student learning outcomes, recruiter feedback, and student feedback data to keep sessions, live projects, and assessments challenging and effective, including leading expansion into new sales verticals as the program grows. ***Metrics to measure:*** Placement rate; recruiter satisfaction scores; student learning outcome scores; number of new verticals/modules launched. - Enhance and develop training content and frameworks by combining personal sales expertise with insights from conversations with leading sales and business experts, experimenting with new tools and partnerships to continuously improve program outcomes. ***Metrics to measure:*** Content refresh frequency; pre/post assessment score improvement; number of new frameworks or case studies created. - Deliver regular training sessions to small and large student groups across sales and business topics, and coach students to build compelling personal narratives for interviews. ***Metrics to measure:*** Session feedback ratings; student interview conversion rate; number of sessions delivered. - Coach and manage a network of external subject-matter experts through audits, briefings, and feedback sessions to continuously raise the quality of training and assessment delivery. ***Metrics to measure:*** Expert performance scores post-audit; consistency of delivery quality across experts; expert retention rate. **Overall Program Management & Growth (~20%):** - Improve and run the student selection process, including conducting interviews, onboarding and auditing interviewers, and making final calls on student intake and scholarship decisions. ***Metrics to measure:*** Downstream placement/performance of admitted cohorts; interviewer calibration consistency; admission cycle turnaround time. - Build and expand Kraftshala's partnerships with training, project, and recruiting partners by identifying opportunities and driving conversations on scope and collaboration. ***Metrics to measure:*** Number of new partnerships signed; partner satisfaction; partner-sourced placement contribution. **Monthly Outcomes:** - **Month 1:** Get deeply familiar with the current curriculum, sit in on live sessions and projects, review student performance and recruiter feedback data, and build working relationships with existing external experts and coaches. - **Month 2:** Independently deliver training sessions, identify at least one curriculum area to improve and start acting on it, and begin auditing or coaching a subset of external experts. - **Month 3+:** Own a clear slice of the program end-to-end — design, delivery, and outcomes — contribute to student selection decisions, and drive at least one new partnership or program vertical initiative. **Top Grading:** - **Curiosity & Truth-Seeking Mindset:** An A-Player asks thoughtful, first-principles questions and digs deep to understand how things actually work — whether it's a sales framework or a student's struggle with a concept — whereas a B-Player accepts things at face value, sticks to surface-level understanding, and is hesitant to challenge assumptions. - **Learning Agility:** An A-Player quickly picks up new concepts, tools, and methods and applies them effectively in live situations, whereas a B-Player is slow to adapt, resists new approaches, and struggles to transfer learning into practice. - **Training Delivery:** An A-Player creates interactive, high-energy, student-centered sessions and adapts in real-time to learner needs, whereas a B-Player relies heavily on slides/lecture and struggles to maintain engagement. - **Coaching & Feedback:** An A-Player gives crisp, actionable, empathetic feedback that drives measurable student improvement, whereas a B-Player gives generic, delayed, or demotivating feedback. - **Ownership:** An A-Player spots trends early, proposes solutions, and drives batch outcomes independently, whereas a B-Player waits for instructions and shows limited ownership of results. - **Problem Solving:** An A-Player approaches challenges with structured thinking and creativity, finds practical solutions under constraints, and keeps momentum, whereas a B-Play
