Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the BFSI sector, focusing on banking and insurance products. • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions, insurance companies, and other relevant organizations. • Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling existing clients' needs across multiple product lines. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Job Requirements : • 1-6 years of experience in banca sales, credit card sales, or similar roles within the BFSI industry. • Strong understanding of banking and insurance products, including life insurance policies. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
