The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s lending, insurance, and wealth advisory products to retail and corporate clients. Daily activities include identifying prospects, conducting sales meetings and presentations, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the application and onboarding process. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining accurate documentation and records in internal systems, and collaborating with branch and regional teams to execute sales campaigns. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and support initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and customer retention. - Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and internal stakeholders. - Basic financial literacy and understanding of lending, insurance, and investment products (prior NBFC or banking experience is an advantage). - Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for reporting and documentation. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. - Willingness to work on-site in Chennai, with flexibility to travel locally for client meetings as required.
