Position: Sales Executive HORECA (Chennai) Location: Chennai Industry: Packaged Drinking Water / Beverages / FMCG About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven HORECA Sales Executive to manage and grow business across hotels, restaurants, cafs, caterers, and food service chains in the Chennai market. The role focuses on increasing product penetration, driving volume, and building long-term customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the HORECA channel: hotels, restaurants, cafs, QSRs, and catering partners. • Acquire new key accounts and retain existing ones in the Chennai region. • Ensure product listings, and contractual agreements. • Conduct regular client visits for relationship building, order collection, and issue resolution. • Negotiate pricing, credit terms. • Coordinate with distributors and supply chain for timely deliveries. • Track competitor activities and market trends. • Maintain daily sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelors degree (preferred). • Minimum 2 years of HORECA sales experience in the Chennai market. • Strong existing connections with chefs, purchase managers, F&B managers (advantage). • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Understanding of institutional pricing, margins, and contracts. • Field-oriented, self-disciplined, and target-driven. • Proficiency in Excel. Preferred Qualities: • Strong relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently. • Good understanding of Chennai's food service landscape. • Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
