**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage counter sales activities in a retail jewelry store, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. - Handle customer queries, provide product information, and assist with purchases to drive sales growth. - Maintain knowledge of products, including gems, gold, and other luxury items to effectively address customer needs. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a clean and organized showroom environment. **Job Requirements :** - 0-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably in the gems & jewellery industry). - Strong understanding of counter sales principles and techniques for effective customer handling. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment. - Basic knowledge of gems, gold, and other luxury items is essential.
