Job description

• Manage sales performance of Personal Loan products across assigned branches. • Achieve monthly targets by driving business growth through effective relationship management with branch teams. • Identify new opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and upsell/cross-sell relevant financial products. • Conduct regular visits to branches to monitor sales activities, provide guidance, and resolve issues. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Branch Managers) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
