Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in home loan sales, mortgage loans, and DSA (Direct Sales Agent) channels. • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Job Requirements : • 3-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loan sales, mortgage sales, or DSA management. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation. • Strong understanding of financial products such as loans against property (LAP), housing loans, personal loans etc. . • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
