Team members can expect a dynamic environment with opportunities to contribute to impactful financial products and services. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bhopal. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for designated products or regions, drive customer acquisition, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include managing and coaching a sales team, setting and tracking performance goals, and monitoring sales metrics. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product to implement sales strategies, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques. - Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals. - Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication. - Analytical skills for sales forecasting, performance tracking, and market analysis. - Familiarity with financial services products such as lending, insurance, or wealth management is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office tools, and digital reporting dashboards. - Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance requirements. - Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, with flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
