Role & responsibilities 1. Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels 2. Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches 3. Analyze the market trend for products development and do market research. 4. Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements. 5. Focus on increased Productivity 6. Marketing and encashing catchment areas 7. Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property 8. Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance 9. Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
