Its extensive footprint covers the length and breadth of India, creating opportunities for professionals to grow in a dynamic, nationwide financial ecosystem. **Role Description** The Sales Representative role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying prospective customers, presenting appropriate financial products, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their financial needs, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and onboarding activities. The Sales Representative will maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow up on leads, collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes gathering market insights, participating in local marketing initiatives, and upholding company standards for customer experience and compliance. **Qualifications** - Strong skills in customer relationship building, client interaction, and consultative selling. - Ability to identify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently. - Basic understanding of financial products such as loans, insurance, and investment or wealth advisory services. - Proficiency in using computers and CRM or sales tracking tools for daily reporting and documentation. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Prior experience in financial services or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent work experience will also be considered. - Comfort working on-site in Kolkata and engaging with customers across different locations in the city.
