Job description

JD - 1. Major responsibilities: 2. Development of ASCs for Industrial segments 3. Achieve yearly Standard Industrial Pumps Spares and Mechanical Seal targets of assigned area and actively participate to ensure spare business exceed target value. 4. Provide guideline to ASCs Service Engineer for Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting. 5. Provide Product feedback to plant team and actively participate in product improvement activities 6. Provide product service training to customer/dealer 7. Support for warranty case. 8. Work performed 9. Appointment of New ASC as per decided target 10. Periodic audit of ASC and decide action plan for ASC Development. 11. Monitor Spare stock level of ASC and decide optimum stock level at ASC to ensure prompt and reliable service to end user. 12. Monitor the Quality of out of warranty Service Provided by ASCs 13. Conduct product training as and where required.
