Greetings from HCLTech Job Title: SAP Concur Consultant Years of Experience: 8+ years Location: PAN India Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to support SAP S/4 Business Process Validation (BPV) initiatives. The role focuses on validating and supporting Travel & Expense (T&E) processes in SAP Concur, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) and compliance with enterprise controls in an offshore delivery model. Key Responsibilities • Support SAP Concur business process validation activities as part of SAP S/4 BPV programs • Validate end‑to‑end Travel & Expense (T&E) processes including expense reporting, approvals, reimbursements, and postings • Support and validate SAP Concur–SAP S/4HANA FICO integration, including FI postings and reconciliation • Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution for Concur‑related scenarios • Validate expense types, approval workflows, audit rules, and policy configurations • Collaborate with SAP FICO, integration, and technical teams to resolve defects and integration issues • Ensure compliance with project governance, audit requirements, and internal controls • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and validation evidence • Support cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
