About the Company We are seeking a SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing and developing new Fiori applications. About the Role The role involves building UI5 screens integrated with OData services from SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW 7.5 (SP-34). The candidate should leverage AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity. Responsibilities • Develop new SAPUI5/Fiori applications using MVC architecture and Fiori design principles. • Consume and integrate OData services for CRUD operations and business workflows. • Collaborate with backend teams for OData service development and integration. • Ensure performance optimization, error handling, and secure UI development. • Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve coding efficiency and quality. • Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and technical documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • SAP Fiori/UI5 certification is an added advantage. Required Skills • 3–5 years of SAPUI5/Fiori development experience. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SAPUI5 framework. • Hands-on experience with OData services and integration concepts. • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA systems. • Exposure to SAP BW 7.5 data consumption. • Experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and Git. • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools. • Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Fiori Elements and OData V4. • Basic ABAP or CDS knowledge for backend integration. • Understanding of SAP Launchpad configuration and roles. • UI5 testing frameworks (QUnit/OPA5). • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
