TCS VIRTUAL DRIVE FOR THE BELOW SKILL:- SKILL : SAP CUSTOMER SERVICE / PLANT MAINTENANCE LOCATION: PUNE EXP: 10 + RELEVANT EXPERIENCE \\*\\Eligibility Criteria:\\\\* • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) • BE/ B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS with a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification • B.Sc/BCA Graduates with a minimum of 4.5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification • Only full-time courses will be considered. JD SAP CS/PM Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Service and Plant Maintenance processes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP CS and PM solutions in ECC and S/4HANA environments. The role requires deep understanding of service management, maintenance operations, asset management, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules. Key Responsibilities • Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CS/PM solutions. • Configure Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranties, Depot Repair, and Field Service processes. • Configure maintenance processes including Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Predictive, Calibration, and Refurbishment Maintenance. • Manage Functional Locations, Equipment Masters, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Work Orders. • Support notification, work order planning, scheduling, execution, and settlement processes. • Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects. • Work with business stakeholders to design and improve service and maintenance processes. • Create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments and enhancements. • Conduct system testing, UAT, training, and go-live support activities. • Support data migration, cutover, and post-production stabilization. • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to CS and PM modules.
