Responsibilities • Must have managed a team of minimum 80 to 100 associates • Must have an excellent knowledge of different products and entire life cycle of a policy • Help with coaching new starters and provide regular feedback to supervisor/Manager. In addition, share any important information with the team (event specific, system related, client related) to develop the team and increase its efficiency • Self-motivated, team player, ownership, accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent • Manage SLAs, team queries and ensure smooth operations • Liaising & coordinating with various Internal & External teams on different type of queries • Must take accountability of all outstanding items and need to coordinate/escalate to resolve the open issues • Must maintain a cordial and professional behavior with internal/external clients. Adherence to SOP's, update any changes, timely review and Signoff Qualifications and Experience • Any Graduate with 9 to 14 Years of work experience in NON-Voice Operations for Insurance Domain • Candidate Should have Domain experience of UK Life and Pension • Candidate Should have worked with UK Customer • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Job Location : Pune Shift : UK Work Mode : 5 Days WFO
