Role Name: SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) Desired Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years Location: Navi Mumbai Job Requirements: The associate must have following skills and experiences: • Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR with minimum one SAP implementation and one S/4HANA migration projects. • Should have knowledge in preparing: a) AS-IS documentation b) Blueprint documents c) Test cases and results d) User manuals • Should have configuration knowledge in SAP HCM modules. • Ability to guide developers for customization. • Implementation knowledge in SAP HCM on HANA(H4S4) and in SAP payroll. • Knowledge of Fiori elements and touchpoints with HCM module. • Basic debugging knowledge in standard/custom SAP ABAP programs. • Strong communication skills to lead customer discussions.
