Job Title: People Advisor / People Operations Advisor Location: Hyderabad Experience: 57 Years Employment Type: Contract Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced People Advisor / HR Operations professional to join our People Services team. The role will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to employees and stakeholders across various HR processes and employee lifecycle activities. Key Responsibilities • Handle and resolve employee HR queries and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, changes, and exits. • Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in HR systems. • Support HR operations, payroll, benefits, and other employee-related processes. • Work closely with internal HR teams and stakeholders to resolve employee issues. • Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within defined SLAs/TAT. • Manage high-volume HR requests while maintaining a high level of service quality. • Prepare and maintain HR reports and operational data as required. • Identify process gaps and contribute to improving People Operations processes. • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee information. Required Skills • 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Service Delivery. • Strong experience in employee lifecycle management and HR operations. • Experience handling employee queries and providing HR support. • Good understanding of HR processes, policies and documentation. • Experience working with HRIS systems; Workday experience is preferred. • Experience with ticketing/case-management tools such as Jira is preferred. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to work in the 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST shift.
