Job Description • 1. Project Management • a. Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects. • b. Developing and managing the activity wise Gantt, timelines, and resources. • c. Breaking down the project into short stories (or sub-activities) and tracking delivery of the incremental values, ensuring the convergence of the short stories to the bigger frame. • d. Looping in decision makers whenever a timeline is at risk and/or decommitted • 2. System Integration • a. Driving the integration between Zumen, SAP, Windchill, ASI and any other tool for integration • b. Understanding the relationship between the tools to be integrated and developing the activity list for integration • c. Monitoring the consolidated list of dependencies with individual systems and tracking it for closure as per timeline • 3. Risk Management • a. Identification of the risks - strategic and operational • b. Developing and managing the risk register with the risk mitigation plan • c. Tracking the actions against the risk mitigation plan for timely closure
