Job description

Role & responsibilities • Responsible for monitoring & analysis of production plan to achieve the targets as per given time frame & desired quality. • Ensure the availability of raw & consumables required for production in consultation with store & purchase. • Responsible for implementation of safety ,QMS & EHS system on shop floor as per given targets & maintaining the same like Hourly follow up , Daily management system (DMS) & Daily efficiency report. • Initiating & implementing the activities to improve efficiencies like poke yoke. • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Logistics, and HR for smooth operations • Ensure that the system inventory and physical inventory of all components in WIP, Packing and finished goods are correct and matched. • Achieving Target as per monthly production plan. • Support customer visits/audits and assist in resolving customer concerns (8D/CAPA). • Expertise in SAP
