Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for monitoring & analysis of production plan to achieve the targets as per given time frame & desired quality. - Ensure the availability of raw & consumables required for production in consultation with store & purchase. - Responsible for implementation of safety ,QMS & EHS system on shop floor as per given targets & maintaining the same like Hourly follow up , Daily management system (DMS) & Daily efficiency report. - Initiating & implementing the activities to improve efficiencies like poke yoke. - Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Logistics, and HR for smooth operations - Ensure that the system inventory and physical inventory of all components in WIP, Packing and finished goods are correct and matched. - Achieving Target as per monthly production plan. - Support customer visits/audits and assist in resolving customer concerns (8D/CAPA). - Expertise in SAP
