Job Description: 1. Graduate preferably in BCOM and OR Diploma in Labour Law or MSW 2. Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in compliance field 3. Good writing and speaking skills in English Language 4. Well-groomed and presentable in front of clients 5. Complete operational knowledge of all key labour laws 6. Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and LWF and eye for details 7. Should be able to interpret various registers and derive gaps and variance 8. Able to interpret laws and appropriately respond to client queries 9. Has worked as a labour law auditor for atleast 4 to5 years in the overall tenure 10. Ready to travel extensively both within and outside city 11. Sound knowledge of usage of at least one compliance tool especially audit tool 12. Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools esp MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint 13. Should be able to create management level presentations on audits done
