Job description

• Should have experience in: • Complaince; Litigation – Consumer; Property; Recovery etc..,. • Developing and implementing Compliance policies , procedures and code of conduct aligned with our Company’s polices • Risk Mitigation • Conducting Compliance Audits and reporting and strategy thereto • Proactive on Regulatory advice and its impact on business • Conducting awareness /training and education sessions for our employees • Experience of Tool Management • Co-ordination with external counsels • Case Management – Management Reporting; Feedback from concerned business teams etc..., • Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company • Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities. • Should be able to speak English and local language fluently. • Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice. • Experience in Automotive sector as in house counsel is preferable Legal Documentation, Compliance, Automation
