**Key Responsibilities:** **1. Architectural Planning & Design** - Lead conceptualization, master planning, and detailed design of hospital and healthcare facilities. - Ensure functional planning as per NABH/JCI/Local statutory healthcare guidelines. - Optimize patient flow, infection control zoning, OT planning, ICU layouts, and clinical adjacencies. - Review and approve drawings (concept, schematic, GFC, MEP coordination). **2. Project Management** - Oversee architectural execution from design to handover. - Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, medical planners, and contractors. - Monitor timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence. - Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with approved designs. **3. Regulatory & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety norms, biomedical waste regulations, and hospital accreditation standards. - Liaise with government authorities for approvals and permits. **4. Stakeholder Coordination** - Work closely with clinicians, hospital administrators, and biomedical teams for requirement gathering. - Present design concepts and progress updates to leadership. - Manage external architects and design consultants. **5. Quality & Innovation** - Implement best practices in healthcare architecture. - Introduce sustainable design concepts (green buildings, energy efficiency). - Ensure patient-centric and future-ready hospital infrastructure. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). - Registered with Council of Architecture (CoA). - Additional certification in Healthcare Planning (preferred). **Experience Required:** - 18 to 20+ years of experience in architectural design. - Minimum 5+ years in hospital / healthcare infrastructure projects. - Experience in multi-specialty hospital projects (200+ beds preferred). - Strong exposure to NABH/JCI compliant hospital planning.
