Job Description: Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end Ceded Reinsurance Operations delivery across multiple process towers. • Oversee operational governance, controls, stakeholder management, and service delivery excellence. • Drive transformation, automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Partner with business stakeholders, brokers, and reinsurers to manage complex operational requirements. • Build and lead high-performing teams while strengthening leadership capability. Required Skills & Experience: ✔ 16+ years of experience in Reinsurance Operations with significant exposure to Ceded Reinsurance . ✔ Strong expertise across Contract Administration, Premium Billing, Bordereaux Management, Cession Calculations, Recoveries Management, Credit Control, and Reinsurance Reporting . ✔ Good understanding of treaty structures including Quota Share (QS), Surplus, Excess of Loss (XOL), Catastrophe Programs, and Facultative Reinsurance . ✔ Experience in interpreting and reviewing reinsurance contracts and treaty wordings. ✔ Proven experience leading large teams, senior stakeholders, and transformation initiatives. ✔ Exposure to reinsurance platforms and analytics tools would be an added advantage. • Experience in the UK Insurance / Lloyd’s Market is highly preferred. Strong expertise across contract administration, billing, recoveries, reporting, and treaty management, with preferred exposure to the UK/Lloyd's market.
