Your Responsibilities: • Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and customer agreements whilst ensuring that the agreements contain appropriate terms, conditions, and schedules to effectively manage and mitigate contractual risk associated with third-parties. • Collaborate with senior legal personnel to ensure the use of up-to-date contract templates, clauses, and schedules, and to maintain the accuracy of internal contract documentation. • Identify deviations from standard contractual clauses, assess associated risks, and highlight key issues to relevant stakeholders. • Support governance processes and compliance activities, ensuring contractual obligations and oversight requirements are met. • Assist with fact-gathering, timeline development, and identification of relevant contractual provisions in relation to commercial contract disputes and claims, supporting subject matter experts in dispute resolution. • Conduct legal research, analysis, and operational legal tasks as required. • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across various teams and external legal counsel. • Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and support implementation of process enhancements. Skills and attributes: • Demonstrated foundational expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements • Proven ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused guidance within complex, fast-paced, and multi-stakeholder environments • High level of attention to detail, with a consistent track record of producing accurate and well-structured documentation • Effective collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships across teams Experience And Qualifications: • Law Graduate/ LL.B with 2 - 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience • Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication (both verbal and written) skills
