Job Title: Senior Admission Counsellor Company: upGrad Location: Bangaluru Work Days: Mon–Sat Role Overview The Senior Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs. • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. • Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions. • Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups. • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers. Eligibility • 3+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred). • Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization. • Team Lead experience. • Proven target achievement record. • Comfortable working 6 days/week . • Strong communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.
