Senior Project Manager **Location:** SMILES 3, Bengaluru, Bengaluru **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in People Practice to lead and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster a collaborative environment and drive team performance. **Responsibilities** - Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Utilize strong People Practice knowledge to manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and enhance team performance. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. - Facilitate team meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and innovation. - Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints. - Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong knowledge and experience in People Practice. - Proven project management skills with a focus on team leadership and development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with project management tools and software. - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Experience in change management and organizational development. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Master's degree or relevant certifications in People Practice or Human Resources is preferred. - 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on team dynamics and People Practice.
