Senior Project Manager Location: SMILES 3, Bengaluru, Bengaluru Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in People Practice to lead and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, a deep understanding of team dynamics, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster a collaborative environment and drive team performance. Responsibilities • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Utilize strong People Practice knowledge to manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and enhance team performance. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. • Facilitate team meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and innovation. • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints. • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary. • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills • Strong knowledge and experience in People Practice. • Proven project management skills with a focus on team leadership and development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills • Experience with project management tools and software. • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Experience in change management and organizational development. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Master's degree or relevant certifications in People Practice or Human Resources is preferred. • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on team dynamics and People Practice.
