Roles & Responsibilities • Experience with various power conversion topologies, DC/AC Inverters, Motor Control, high voltage/high power converters • Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools like Ansys AEDT. • Delivers power integrity and EMI/EMC solutions for L&T Semiconductor products including Chip/package and SiC/IGBT High voltage Power modules. • Advanced EMI filter design and test to optimize performance and reduce noise • Collaborates with the silicon integration team, die floor planners, system hardware and package design team to optimize the on-die decoupling partitions and implement the package decoupling scheme • Debug support to ensure adherence to Power Integrity (AC/DC) specifications • Collaborate with test labs to ensure module/system level EMI compliance • Ability to perform Correlation of pre-silicon analysis/estimations with lab results • Hands-on expertise in Ansys AEDT, SiWave/HFSS/Maxwell, Dassault CST studio or equivalent simulation suites. • Signal integrity simulations for high-speed or low speed interface is a plus • Excellent technical knowhow to drive technical paper and patent filing • Ability to Lead, mentor and train junior engineers
