**The Position:** **Organization: -** Jubilant Ingrevia Limited **Designation and Level: -** Sr. Executive , A4 **Location: -** Gajraula (FC-1 lab) **Reporting Manager: -** Manager - IPQC **The Structure:** Executive (A3) - IPQC----- and gt;; Manager - IPQC ------- and gt; Head - Quality **Job Summary:** To sample and analyse raw materials, in process (Intermediates) and finished products in shifts. **Job Responsibilities:** - Responsible for sampling and analysis of raw materials, In-process Intermediates and finished products samples in shifts. - Responsible for releasing the in process and intermediates for further process in shifts. - Responsible for preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents. - Calibrating all the instruments as per schedule and standard procedure. - Maintaining zero effluent discharge in lab and see that all the samples analyzed are recycled. - Keeping adequate inventory of all chemicals, cylinders and spares. - To control sampling cost within Budget. - Good housekeeping, 5S and data maintenance. **;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; The Person:** - Knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, pH meter, UV, IR etc..) - Analytical skills in interpretation of instrumental data. - Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards. - Good documentation and reporting skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. **Additional Requirements:** - Willingness to work in shifts - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/LIMS preferred). - **Experience:** M.Sc. with 4 - 5 years in QC / IPQC (Organic / Analytical).
