The Position: Organization: - Jubilant Ingrevia Limited Designation and Level: - Sr. Executive , A4 Location: - Gajraula (FC-1 lab) Reporting Manager: - Manager - IPQC The Structure: Executive (A3) - IPQC----- and gt;; Manager - IPQC ------- and gt; Head - Quality Job Summary: To sample and analyse raw materials, in process (Intermediates) and finished products in shifts. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for sampling and analysis of raw materials, In-process Intermediates and finished products samples in shifts. • Responsible for releasing the in process and intermediates for further process in shifts. • Responsible for preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents. • Calibrating all the instruments as per schedule and standard procedure. • Maintaining zero effluent discharge in lab and see that all the samples analyzed are recycled. • Keeping adequate inventory of all chemicals, cylinders and spares. • To control sampling cost within Budget. • Good housekeeping, 5S and data maintenance. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; The Person: • Knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments (HPLC, GC, KF, pH meter, UV, IR etc..) • Analytical skills in interpretation of instrumental data. • Understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards. • Good documentation and reporting skills. • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Additional Requirements: • Willingness to work in shifts • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP/LIMS preferred). • Experience: M.Sc. with 4 - 5 years in QC / IPQC (Organic / Analytical).
