**Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer** **Experience:** 8+ Years **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Shift Timing:** 11 AM – 8 PM **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and solid backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on full-stack development experience, with approximately 60% focus on frontend and 40% on backend. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain scalable applications using **React.js** on the frontend. - Build robust backend services using **Java 8** , **Spring Boot** , **Kafka** , and **MongoDB** . - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality solutions. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. - Ensure responsive UI/UX and integration with backend services. **Required Skills** - **8+ years** of relevant experience in full-stack development. - Strong proficiency in **React.js** (preferred over Angular). - Hands-on experience with **Java 8** , **Spring Boot** , **Kafka** , and **MongoDB** . - Good understanding of microservices architecture. - Experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD tools. - Capability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with the team. **Nice to Have** - Knowledge of Angular (basic or working exposure). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
