**Job description** **Role & Responsibilities** - Drive and achieve the assigned **sales budget** across the product portfolio through partner channels. - Manage and grow business sourced via **channel partners**, ensuring consistent revenue generation. - Identify and onboard **new channel partners/tie-ups** to expand business reach. - Ensure **retention and growth of existing partners** through effective relationship management and cross-selling initiatives. - Conduct regular **training sessions for partner channel members** on new products and organize periodic refresher modules. - Build strong relationships and **interact with senior management** of partner organizations for strategic alignment. - Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve productivity. - Lead and manage a team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals. **Mandatory Requirements** - Proven experience in **SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) segment** within **General Insurance sales**. - Hands-on experience in selling: - **Fire Insurance** - **Marine Insurance** - **GMC** - Strong experience in **channel management** and partner-driven sales models. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Solid background in **General Insurance sales** with strong product knowledge. - Demonstrated **team handling and leadership skills**. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. **Interested candidates can share their CV on priyanka.shrivatsa@icicilombard.com**
