Role Summary The Senior Manager – Digital Transformation PMO will establish and lead a value‑driven transformation PMO across multiple EMS manufacturing sites. This role will partner closely with Business and Functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver digital and business transformation initiatives, ensuring clear ROI, fast execution, and measurable outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role, accountable for turning strategy into execution at scale. Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Transformation Leadership (Manufacturing) • Act as the central owner of the Digital & Business Transformation portfolio across all EMS sites • Translate enterprise strategy into clear, executable programs and roadmaps • Ensure alignment between business priorities, digital initiatives, and plant‑level execution 2. Value & ROI Ownership • Drive business case development for all major initiatives • Define and track value realization metrics (ROI, cost savings, productivity, quality, cycle time, inventory, OEE) • Regularly review initiatives to accelerate, course‑correct, or stop low‑value projects 3. PMO & Governance Excellence • Design and run a lean, outcome‑focused PMO model • Establish standards for: • Program governance • Benefits tracking • Risk and dependency management • Executive reporting • Provide clear, decision‑oriented insights to senior leadership—not just status updates 4. Cross‑Functional Execution & Alignment • Work closely with: • Operations & Plant Leadership • Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain • Finance, HR, and IT teams • Rally large, cross‑functional teams to align around common goals and timelines • Resolve conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively 5. Speed & Delivery Discipline • Drive a culture of fast, iterative delivery • Balance agility with operational stability in manufacturing environments • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with realized business value 6. Change & Stakeholder Management • Partner with business leaders to drive adoption and change • Ensure transformation initiatives are embedded into day‑to‑day operations • Build strong executive trust through transparency and delivery Essential Attributes Business ownership mindset, Value & ROI focused, Influence with authority, Speed with Discipline, Systems thinking, Executive communication, Credibility with Operations, Integrity and Transparency under pressure Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field Preferred: • Experience supporting Smart factories • Process automation • Cost optimization initiatives • Machine learning/AI applications • Exposure to MES, Industry 4.0/5.0, automation, analytics, and AI initiatives • Formal certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Prosci) – nice to have, not mandatory • Experience in global or multi‑site manufacturing operations Desired Experience Level • 10 - 14+ years of experience in PMO, transformation, or large‑scale program leadership • 5 - 10+ years leading enterprise or multi‑site transformation programs • Strong experience in manufacturing / EMS / industrial environments • Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes • Deep experience working with senior business leaders and plant leadership • Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
