**ROLE SUMMARY** Stanza Living is looking for a Senior Manager L&D who can build and scale a high-impact learning ecosystem for a fast-growing, distributed workforce. This role owns end-to-end LMS/LXP strategy, leverages Generative AI for content curation and insight generation, and translates business priorities into measurable capability outcomes. You will be a practitioner and a strategist equally comfortable designing a microlearning module and presenting L&D ROI to leadership. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - LMS / LXP Ownership - AI-Powered Content & Insights - Training Calendar & Planning - Instructional Design & Curriculum - Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Impact **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** - Experience scaling L&D across 50+ sites or 1,000+ employees. - Background in operational or P&L roles that informs practical capability priorities. - Certifications in L&D, instructional design, or relevant platforms (e.g., ATD, SHRM, LinkedIn Learning administration). - Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, iSpring, Cornerstone, Leapsome, or similar LXP/authoring platforms.
