This role is part of the Center of Excellence (COE) team focused on the Loan Origination System (LOS) built on Newgen s IBPS and NEMF platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, solutioning, managing the SDLC, and vendor coordination to ensure the successful implementation and enhancement of the LOS platform. **Key Responsibilities:** **1,** Configure modules in Newgen s IBPS and NEMF platforms to meet functional business requirements. **2.** Perform form design and UI configuration using Newgens Forms Designer and NEMF to create user-friendly interfaces for different user personas. **3.** Define and configure workflows using the Newgen Process Modeler to map business processes, set up task routing, decision nodes, escalations, and SLAs. **4.** Configure business rules using Newgen Rule Engine, including eligibility checks, credit policies, document checklists, and system validations. **5.** Set up queues, worklists, and access control for different roles (e.g., distribution, credit, central operations) using IBPS Administrator. **6.** Integrate third-party systems like credit bureaus, CKYC, UIDAI, banking systems, and internal APIs via configuration of service calls and connectors. **7.** Configure master data and reference tables for product types, loan schemes, charges, and document types within the IBPS platform. **8.** Set up automated notifications and alerts through the platform (email, SMS, or internal messaging) using IBPS Notification Management. **9.** Create and manage data capture templates and mappings for various stages of the LOS process. Prepare and execute test cases based on business scenarios for new features and enhancements. **10.** Evaluate and validate platform releases, fixes, and configurations shared by the LOS vendor. **11.** Continuously identify opportunities to improve the LOS by leveraging Newgen platform features and experimenting in the sandbox environment. **12.** Ensure prompt resolution of technology-related issues in a cost-effective manner. **13.** Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to production deployment, including BRD preparation, functional specifications, UAT, and release coordination. **14.** Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest optimal platform-based solutions, prioritizing configuration over customization. **Must Have:** Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2 4 years of hands-on experience with Newgen IBPS and NEMF platform implementation or delivery, preferably in Indian retail lending or LOS environments. **Skill Set:** Strong functional knowledge of Newgen IBPS and NEMF platforms with experience in platform configuration. Understanding of retail lending processes and products in the Indian financial services sector. Business analysis capabilities with experience in writing Business Requirement. **Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD).** Ability to effectively communicate business needs to technical teams. Working knowledge of relational databases, including: Entities and attributes. Data dictionaries and DML operations. Writing SQL queries with joins, set operations, and sub-queries.
