We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our procurement team at Aster Global Centre - India, responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or medicine. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve business objectives. • Manage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify cost-saving opportunities. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field. • Strong knowledge of healthcare or medicine industry practices and regulations. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in procurement software and systems. • Experience working with global centers or similar large-scale operations is an added advantage.
