Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Partnerships • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities across banks, NBFCs, f intechs, wealth platforms, and large corporates in the West Zone. • Develop and present customized partnership proposals, financial models, and business plans. • Manage the end-to-end process from opportunity identification to partner onboarding. • Create and present business cases to internal stakeholders for approvals. 2. Strategic Deal Structuring • Negotiate commercial terms, partnership models, and business arrangements. • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to finalize documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. • Ensure partnerships align with organizational objectives and deliver sustainable business growth. 3. Market Intelligence & Regional Opportunity Mapping • Continuously scan the West Zone market for potential partners and emerging trends. • Monitor competitor alliances, digital partnerships, and distribution innovations. • Build and maintain strong external networks across financial services and related ecosystems. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and technology for partner enablement. • Drive internal coordination to ensure smooth go-live and partner servicing. • Transition matured alliances to relationship management teams for ongoing engagement and scaling.
