Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to lead a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) pod focused on rapidly building and scaling AI-powered solutions. This is a builder-first leadership role, with approximately 40% hands-on coding and architecture, requiring strong expertise in Full-Stack Development, AI/GenAI, Cloud, and Engineering Leadership. Job Location - Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience range - 8-16yrs. Key Responsibilities • Lead and grow an engineering pod, owning delivery outcomes and technical direction. • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions. • Develop LLM, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and RAG-based applications. • Build APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with enterprise platforms. • Partner with business stakeholders to translate ideas into working prototypes and production solutions. • Drive rapid prototyping, demos, and iterative product development. • Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
